When you engage with our Services, we gather personal information about you. This can occur automatically as you interact with our Services (such as details on your usage patterns) or directly from you when you use our Services (like the information you provide while creating your account or user profile). We may provide you with the option to create a user profile (‘Account’) that can be seen by other users of the Lab. This process may occur through in-game dialog boxes, which you can choose to skip. If you log into the Services using Facebook Connect, we will gather information available on your Facebook account, including: (1) your first and last name, (2) Facebook ID, (3) profile picture/URL, and (4) a list of your Facebook friends. Your Account may be used to publicly identify you within the social features of the Services, which could involve user interactions, chat or messaging options, public leaderboards, head-to-head competitions, and similar functionalities.
Your username linked to your Account will be visible to other users, and it will enable them to view information on your user profile that is public or that you have chosen to make public in your profile settings.
We may also provide you with the option to import your contacts or manually input email addresses, allowing you to find and invite your contacts to join you in the Services. This information is usually collected through third-party mobile software development kits. If you decide to import your contacts or enter email addresses, we will keep that information to assist you and your contacts in connecting through our Services. It is your responsibility to ensure that sharing this information with us complies with relevant laws. In certain countries, this may require you to obtain permission from the individuals you invite before sharing their information.
When you seek help from our Customer Support team, we will collect and retain the contact information you provide, typically your name and email address, along with details about your gameplay or activity on the Services, as well as your username or ID
number. We will also keep a record of any correspondence and the information you choose to share with us during that communication.
If you participate in Lab surveys, user research projects, competitions, promotional events, or similar activities, we will collect your contact information (like your name,email, phone number, address, and postal code) to facilitate your participation and

Some internet browsers can be set up to send “Do Not Track” signals to the websites you visit. However, we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” or similar signals.
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational steps to safeguard your personal information from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or damage.

Deleting Your Account: To delete your information, email us with “Delete My Account” in the subject line or request deletion within the app. Keep in mind that deleting your account will result in losing access to your game account and associated services, as well as any progress and unused virtual items. Most importantly, we may not be able to retrieve your data once deleted. We may retain certain information for legal and accounting purposes, and we may not be able to delete content you have posted.
